I am not a smoker, but frankly I think what ppl do to their own bodies is their business, whatever it may be with. If I were ever to get cancer, diabetes, or anxiety issues I would definitely start smoking. I know the benefits, but I don't need it so I don't use it. It should be the ppls choice however.
