Years ago, there was a bread factory in Easton, PA. that was sued by a man who claimed that he was overweight because the smell of the bread baking made him eat more. He won his case and was awarded a ton of money. The bread factory also had to install some sort of filters to lessen the aroma the baking bread emitted.
Legalize itself, tax itself, (so the gov. gets their fair share of course) and put it on the market!
