Your facts are fiction. There is a huge wave of houses already foreclosed on waiting to go on the market. There are another huge wave of adjustable rate mortgages that have adjusted down, for now........ Our government has done very little to correct the problem. The Dodd/Frank Bill is keeping (since 8/31) private companies from writing mortgage insurance. The government will move that to Freddie and Fannie. So much for shriking govt................ ​ ​......
