H&R Block and TurboTax brawl for custome...

I took my taxes to H&R.....once. They double tapped my exemption and 9 months later the IRS advised me I owed them $4000.00 PLUS interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Wife flew back East to bury her Grandmother. She brought back Granny's 22 revolver that Granny always kept in a knitted bag by her chair.
