250 to 300 calories for breakfast is perfect. I'm on weight watchers and that's about right. They make their egg muffins with egg whites and they taste great. Fresh ones would be even better. I'm sorry but I like Olive Garden. I'm Italian and it's a decent restaurant. Yes they do need to create some good Meditteranean dishes that are lower in fat.. too much cheese in everything, or substitute lower fat cheeses in some dishes. I'm so discouraged with them. I loved getting my jeans there and they had such a great variety of clothing for men, women and children. Now it's just crap that interests no one. I was a faithful customer throughout my life. Now I don't see a reason to step into their store.
