back in 1958 i was living in  a furnish room no bigger than 8X7 in downtowm brooklyn ,new york and paying $5.00 dollars per week, i had to walk down to the first floor to take a shower ,and wait my turn. but it was ok.had to work 40 hour per week @75 cents per hour,yhank god i survived,now i see same rooms going for $1...more
