Watched this show from the very beginning.  Players get meaner as the seasons role on. Turnover of good employees can happen, certainly.  But know that in a one-industry environment, jobs for "disgruntled" staff can be very hard to come by.  Nice to sit on your high horse and assume the economy will right itself as designed.   However,  the real world can be a scary place for hourly wage earners.
