Simply solution here. Students simply boycott the place until they apologize and change their policy or they go OUT OF BUSINESS. Apparently they don't care about their patrons, so why should the patrons care about them?

This Idol is as big a mistake as Taylor Hicks was. Idol better rethink the whole voting process and limit the number of votes from any one individual or interest group.
