That is the only people who the test gets rid of. Anyone who has done a tax return before can pass it.

The test is a joke if you can read you pass. The 1040 instructions are there to look at and the test only covers the 1040.

I took the test and it was a joke. The 1040 instruction form is there to look at during the test. As for CPAs they don't have to take the test eventhough their test has like 4 tax questions in it.

My tax dollars already paid to make all this useless change anyway....

It costs them money to move cash around (to from the bank) especially with the price of gas. Plus cash gets stolen by employees.
