I completely agree. When my daughter went to college, she had two choices. One was a public university that had offered scholarships to cover tuition and room and board, the other a very expensive private college. She did have a plan - and knew what she wanted to study and actually got a degree in that subject.   ...more

B of A drops debit card fee

Too late - they have opened the flood gates. Everyone now thinks they can charge fees. Beware using your Debit card at retailers to get cash back!   I was at Family Dollar yesterday and when asked if I wanted cash back I said yes - luckily I read the next screen asking to approve the $1.00 fee for getting cash.  ...more
