You can't make a broad statement like that, laws vary from state to state and in some states with the exception of specific issues such as lead based paint, it is buyer beware, and even if a seller must disclose or chooses to he is only liable for what he actually knows about at the time of sale.

I will take Kirkland at Costco quality wise over many name brand items. Thier canned Tuna Fish is absolutely the best of any out there. It is a solid tuna steak in a can.

She has only been charged, not convicted so no judge has sentenced her yet. Also I doubt she would even be convicted of a crime even if a human died from fright from the dogs. This should be a civil matter and is a rediculous case to file criminally.
