I am beginning to understand why so many Russians drink heavily and have the high suicide rate.
On the one hand we have farmers being paid to produce crops that are destroyed to keep the value up for others, then we have debit/ prepaid cards being used by untold numbers of Americans for unknown purchases.
My solution would be to make available bulk commodities where the snap benefits would be used.
When my wife and I eat out once a week our date night or day we usually split a plate since the local portions are pretty hefty, we always leave a tip equal to the price of the dinner and let our server know that we appreciate them.
