Crying babies don't really bother me. I've never seen a parent willfully ignore a crying or upset child. I can't stand b**ching, whining adults though.

Cellphone etiquette? I'd just like to see some good, old fashioned manners, period. It's difficult to get a "please", "thank you",or "have a nice day" out of people these days.
Our local mall is decent but the Sears there sucks. It's messy, poorly stocked, and good luck finding a friendly face to help you.
