Does this mean any vehicle made out side of the U.S.A. ??? cause Dodge 2500, and 3500 are made in Mexico, as well as Maytag, Lenox, Chevy 2500 and 3500 and many, many other company's that portray them selves as American,,,then again Mexico and north is all North America.
