Why not just give him a second chance? It's not like he couldn't work on it. Fitness is an ongoing improvement opportunity. Does the solo 401k plan avoid this problem by giving the employee or input. But then does this mean more risk? Do companies just presume employees would take too risk with the money on their own.
I've got mixed feelings about this one. I've been with Netflix for quite awhile. I am not willing to do DVD, just not worth the effort or time. I'd rather get streaming contect.
