Why Does My Cat . . . Like to Chew Plast...

I have a cat who used to sneak into my then infant daughter's crib and steal her pacifier.  He would run around the house with it in his mouth and eventually chew it.  Fortunately, both he and my daughter outgrew pacifiers!  It was a funny sight to watch, though...
