You can tell when Mr. Cramer writes an article.  This doesn't sound like Mr. Cramer's actual words.    I can actually understand some of this.   It sounds like a ghost writer paraphrasing his argument.

ATT should not give any allowances to the Gov't..   They could let T-mobile go out of business and then ATT will have the whole market for itself.   The Gov't should stay out of this.  It is for the good of T-mobile shareowners to allow ATT to purchase a failing company.
