Thanks for the reply Mitch that is more than I have gotten out of 2 trips to the dealer a phone call to GM and an email to them as well. It's so frustrating Nota... I told the dealer I should sue them for not disclosing the bulletin when I complained about the problem. GM doesn't post bulletins because 2 people have issues.....
Yes the resale is possibly lower but the purchase price is also lower. You purchase an apples for apples vehicle..... the foreign vehicle is 3k more than the domestic you drive it for the same amount of time and when you go to sell it it's worth 3k more....whats the point here? I would rather not pay the extra 3k.
