I don't think anyone should be worried about their individual 2nd amendment rights. They should be worried about the general publics 2nd amendment rights. I agree that our 4th amendment rights have been slowly eroded. I would like to keep the 2nd, as with it I don't really need to concern myself with the 4th.
Pretty sure you can't ban someone from an entire city due to breaking a law. If that actually is the case then I need to petition my state representatives to ban all people who break laws from the city I currently reside in.
What do you suggest be done about the more than 300 million weapons that are currently in circulation in the US? Do you not think that guns would be smuggled into the US much like the drugs are? It's like trying to plug a hole in a dam with bubble gum. Good Luck!
