I don't think anyone should be worried about their individual 2nd amendment rights. They should be worried about the general publics 2nd amendment rights. I agree that our 4th amendment rights have been slowly eroded. I would like to keep the 2nd, as with it I don't really need to concern myself with the 4th.

jashn, have you taken into account that there are already laws on the books that make murder and or assault illegal regardless of means illegal, etc, etc, etc, et al.

Pretty sure you can't ban someone from an entire city due to breaking a law. If that actually is the case then I need to petition my state representatives to ban all people who break laws from the city I currently reside in.
