Something just doesn't add up with the police and dispatch.

As you can see in this story the dispatcher hung up now screwed.

In case you didn't know all calls are recorded as to protect the victim ( caller ) as well as the 911, police and dispatch. So hanging up on a caller would defeat the purpose to cover the 911 operator etc  butts.
