Take cheap commodity items like water and coffee.  Then bottle the water and sell outrageously priced single serve brewing systems for the coffee.  Then, I suppose, complain about the cost of gasoline per gallon - which is cheap compared to your water and coffee.  The power of marketing is amazing.

Menard's sells "Daddy Rays" blueberry cookies - like a strawberry or fig newton - except they only cost $1.15 per pound.  they also have fig and apple for the same price.  Brand names = you paid too much.

Jimmy and America got it right last night.  Amazed that Brackensick hung around as long as he did.  Loved the Phillips comment about not touching hands.  Wish they would also get rid of the staged hand wavers in front.

Several years ago Best Buy announced they were no longer going to compete on price - they would offer selection and service.  My visits to Best Buy have been few and far between since then.  Sounds like they abandoned competitiveness then failed at service.  Perhaps it is time to rebrand and change name to Good Bye.

I have bought a Dell laptop and desktop previously.  However, last laptop was an HP.  More bang for less bucks!
