God practices what he preaches.  He doesn't really care if you believe in Him if you do the right thing by your neighbor.  Check out the parable of the Good Samaritan.

I think that it's great that a policeman can love a client.  As for the alcoholic he apparently served as a humanizing force for people in a very demanding job that can easily dehumanize you.

Parents are entitled to raise their own children.  the issue was raised by the child's feeling uncomfortable.  Parents should be able to address concerns about the propriety of school lessons.  We are talking about  questions of individual judgment and values that shouldn't be mandated by big brother & company..

He's right.  I am self employed and only take work I can do myself so as to avoid the heavey burden of government regulations.  I have clients who have to do the same thing.
