Shopped at JCP for two decades but a little over a year ago I vowed never to darken the doors of a JCP store due to the poor customer service from everyone behind the scenes. They totally ignored my request for information, told me it was my problem or didn't even answer. Hope they go belly up - the sooner the better...more

Buyer beware - if you play in the dirt you will get dirty.
Lets see if I have this correct - they screwed thousands of their previous stock and bond owners and now investors are lining up to buy into the program again. I'll never understand just how stupid investors can be but then again, it was someone else's money they lost and now as a new investor I can make money protect...more
J.C. Penney sucks at customer service after a sale. They fail to follow up when questioned about something, ignore basic principles for understanding the issue and basically tell you to pound sand.
