I'd really like to know where to get 1% on a savings account and 2% on a money market.  I haven't seen rates anywhere close to that in years.

I live a very few miles from Frisco, and am shocked it made the "Friendliest Town" list.  It's just a booming suburb of Dallas, replete with new Mac Mansions in manufactured neighborhoods.  I doubt the neighbors even know each other very well.
