Why? Are they afraid the kids might want to eat healthy organic food instead of the processed crap they provide for them? Yeah, I can see where that might be a problem.
What America really needs is a freedom from media opression day - when we don't have to listen to the constant barrage of shallow, weight-centric, fear mongering that passes for news these days.
Kudos to any fashion company brave enough to break the vicious cycle of 'thin is in' - women have suffered so long with the idea that only skinny is beautiful. We can't undo a lot of the damage, but maybe we can give future generations of girls a better chance to live healthy lives that aren't tainted by the ridiculous...more
I wish I'd known this when my son was patching for amblyopia. All the progress he made was lost afrer a subsequent eye surgery and years of frustration and annoyance ended up being for nothing as far as vision improvement went.
