So why was this particular ad picked out?  Ever watch TV?   Every ad that has a man and a woman in it portrays the man as an ignorant dolt being schooled by an omniscient woman.  This has been goin on for years and now we are all up in arms.  What took you so damned long?

I agree with alaskanamber.  I live in arizona and own an FJ Cruiser as well.  The desert can be pretty challenging and my FJ handles it all.  So how come no mention of it in the off-road category.  Makes you wonder who writes this stuff huh.

Being a long time backpacker i would certainly balk at a stove weighing in at 2 lbs.  think i will stick to my old-time and much lighter coleman fuel model.  thanks REI but $129 is a stopper too.
