The USPS is losing money because the GOP Congress in '06 passed a law requiring they pre-fund their pension program for the next 75 years over a 10 year period.  They're paying over $5 Billion per year into the pension.  It's that simple.  Google it.

The IBR program is a complete joke.  AES based my monthly payment off my gross income even though the program specifically says it will be based on adjusted gross income.  Funny thing is, they used 3 copies of my itemized paychecks to calculate my gross annual income.  Yet they claimed they couldn't figure out my adjus...more
