Just how reputable is this credit agency with its ratings?

I barely loved this car in 1965,used price in San Fran - $40.00. But for today,I think it is way over priced.

Restructure the Social Security Fund so that those who have paid in withdraw from that fund. All others that are qualified but havenot paid due to their  circumstances must have their grant from another source.
