One of the main problem with Sears is they lost employee support and loyalty. That translates into "dont care" which is failed customer care- the sales drop, followed by steady a downhill slide. Sooner or later- probably sooner, the company will close. Ratheer sad realy but self inflicted.

Its the employees that make or break a company, managment does no seem to get that, from the top to the bottom.The appliance service department ( A&E) has lost touch with the reason they are there, to service the sold product.
