Georege is correct. JCPenney decided to takes sides on one of those issues in the current culture war and folks like me started voting with their wallet and went elsewhere.
Ralph: While not mentioned in the article, JCPenney has taken a very vocal position on one of those issues considered to be part of the culture war. Hence, you won't find me in their stores.
I think you could put just about any telecommunications company on the list. My vote goes to Verizon, but I can't disagree with any company on the list. Maybe they should do the 50 most hated.
Obamacare is just going to accelerate the closings. The restaurant business is one of the sectors that is being hit the hardest by the new healthcare regulations. They can only raise their prices so much before we all start eating at home more. And why does a soft drink cost $2.25? But I digress.

Even more so, what we have here in this country is a very bad president making very stupid decisions so that he can get his way and kill the country he runs.
