Cutting all those loyal employees jobs was not right and has made me lose all respect for Penney's . They let some pencil pushing a hole ruin alot of families lives as well as ruin the company .

To bad JcPenney didnt realize that priceing program that some pencil pusher thought was a great idea wasnt gonna work before hundreds of good long term employees lost their jobs because of . Now they have people in there working that not knowledgable about the products or care about the service they give.

JC Penney is loyal to nothing or no one they only care about numbers not what the customer wants or their employees or employees inputs . It used to not be that way . Screw JCP for the way Ron Johnson has handled all this transformation. Hundreds of good employees with many years with the company were either forced into early retirement or their jobs were eliminated . I hope the company goes belly up for what its worth.

I agree wtih you i worked for JCP for 18 years and was let go without a severance package because they knew of the change months before hand and cut my hours to part time so i wasnt eligible to recieve it. So i lost out of 18 weeks severance pay because of this. They treat their employees horrible . We are just another...more
