Too funny, New Jersey smelled bad well before Sandy.  And pollution has never been a top priority for their politicians.  They're too busy making sure their cash cow (Atlantic City casinos) stay open.   Let them all drown in it.  They don't seem to mind fleecing their out of state guests.
