I walked out the door of my apartment complex the other morning and found the car next to mine covered in post-it notes.  But that's kinda a more standard prank than finding a giant fish encased in a giant block of ice on your sidewalk.

Well good.  I hope the campaign gains movement, and hopefully eventually the culture will shift so that this is no longer acceptable.
