there's a reason the produce ROCKS in jersey .. its that 'nutrient' rich superfund quality soil that covers 90% of the state.   nothing tastes better than sweet jersey corn even IF it's radioactive :P

we named one of our 2 jack russell terriers after that car ... after all if my hubs can have a resto-modded camaro, i can name the dog after a resto-modded mustang :P

7 wks unpaid - i had access to 6 wks of disability at 65% of my pay through the state and then one week of paid family leave at 65% of my pay. CA is actually ahead of most states in that they DO offer PFL for up to 6 weeks for moms AND dads !

i'm THIRD generation tall people problems .... 6'7" and 6'2" grandparents, a 6'8" dad and i'm 6' ... my daughter will undoubtly be a 4th gen. i married someone 6'4" and there is a massive shortage of 'short' genes to stunt that growth !!

my dad is 6'8" .. when he and my stepmom (5'5") had their house built, he INSISTED on raised countertops in the kitchen so he didn't have to bend halfway over to cook (stepmom got a kickstool) and 7'2" doorways instead of the traditional ones so he wouldn't have to constantly duck his head.

me too !  airplanes are the WORST !

in-n-out's secret menu isn't that much of a surprise .. google it, it's there.  part of their 'secret' menu includes toddler friendly fare like grilled cheese sandwiches !

UC Irvine has an award winning pub (high end microbrews and wine) on campus :D they were lucky enough to get a small keg of Plinny the Younger recently - they had to hand out tickets (to regulars first then everyone else) for a sample of the stuff !

JCs in CA are cheaper than a CSU for gen ed requirements ...
