Huh?  His point is that he was nominated for a Golden Globe and most critics universally praised his performance as one of the best of the year.  Then, the Emmy nominations are released and Grammer is snubbed.   He hasn't been nominated for an Emmy since he publicly said that he is a Republican.

Shawn Johnson DID attempt a comeback.  However, about ten days ago, she realized that she was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the level of competition of the current women's team. She withdrew from the competition and re-retired.

MouseToo, the government of Vietnam BEGGED for us to be there!  The Vietcong were an illegitimate faction -- funded by the Chinese and Soviets -- who were hellbent on taking over East Asia.  While it was a nightmare and poorly orchestrated conflict, at least the spread of Communism halted.
