I thought it funny they didn't say an official good-bye to Nicky, like they did Randy Truthfully I think it was a mistake when they started putting singing stars on as judges, it was better when they had producers, whose job is to create new stars.  I realize Paula was a singing star, but she was exceptional.

Wow.  With the exception of The Big Bang Theory, I don't watch any of those shows regularly.  Though I can say I have seen a few Mad Men episodes and found them compelling.
