As a property inspector for a Property Management company, the BIGGEST mistake I see that renters make, is not filling out/turning in their discrepancy sheet. These sheets are given to you to protect your deposit. A tenant usually gets 7-10 days to fill it out, I get about 2 hours. It's very frustrating to spend hours ...more
