Glad the dog won---why don't we have a national register of animal abusers------ it would save a lot of animals from torture and eary death.

Someone has to contact the SPCA-- and then sue the kids and the parents for allowing this to go on. I'd adopt this baby in a minute---the dog's wildness is a factor of his owner's inability to train him. There are professional schools to teach you how to handle your dog. She's just not interested in trying
