It reminds me of the south park episode in which the children didn't even see the color, yet everyone else over-reacted because they were the racists.

What I think is most interesting here is that the insufficient funds receipt is crumpled while the million dollar receipt is flat.  Kinda looks like the millionaire is boasting his account balance and mocking someone with insufficient funds to me.
