Yes, that is EXACTLY the lesson, and the jumpmaster obviously failed to get it.

This is SPORT jumping, NOT the military.  Yes, Paratroopers understand clearly there is no turning back.  Eighty-year-old women do NOT fall in the same class.  How could you possibly think the jumpmaster did the right thing as he pryed (sp?) her hands from the doorway.  He had no right to subject her to such danger.
