Gold price went up, and USD against other currencies went down again, and Euro stocks went up. Gee I wonder why?
During the past month, compare USD to AUD/SGD, and compare EUR to AUD/SGD, they have been constantly going down. Gold was fluctuating a lot.

1. Don't do the $20k upgrade and sell the house $20k less, unless you are crazy about cooking and plan to use them for like 3-4 years before you sell the house

Forgetting about tax? In China, tax on foreign brand cars can be like 100-120%, which means it would cost more than a double, so that Buick probably would not be 70k if sold elsewhere. Those expensive Toyotas and Nissans maybe closer to 'real' price, since they are less 'penalized' for being domestic in Japan.
Why is the write up all wrong? It doesn't mention the engine size for the SSR but it just says that the SSR is big and relatively slow.
