Any way to screw the customer in a world that started off with the customer is always right. Now they spend more time trying to screw us than they do at keeping their stores in proper order.

Sounds like a few other big box stores that went belly up right before their demise. Old saying when you reach the top only way is down.  Walmart is proving that.
