Umm .. am I missing something here? Presuming that BofA always required insurance, and presuming the owner HAD insurance when the house was destroyed, why then did the isurance policy not pay off the mortgage and why was he still making payments? Something is fishy here.....

I own a Storm2, and I must say that it does a fine job at mimicking an IPhone, yet keeping it's business roots. And I find the Blackberry Pro/Enterprise server(s) to be much better at keeping track of Exchange based emails than IPhone (which uses OMA and ActiveSync hooks).
