MTV probably doesn't play music videos as much because today's kids are bored by them (they aren't new fangled novelties like in the 80s). I remember watching Hartbeat when I lived in England. Amazing how low-key their TV programs are for kids, very wholesome! And surprisingly quiet, with none of that shouting and loud music we get here.
