Probably over the top. In the U.S., the tax rate for the highest earners was only 90% or so. If you're making two or three million a year or more, you're still left with plenty. If you're working two minimum wage jobs, 10% hurts. There's more, but I'm lazy.

I've finally figured out what these posts need. A thumbs up for agreement, a thumbs down for disagreement and a squirrel for just plain nuts. That's then one I would find most useful. In this discussion, the nuts would have it. Wait and see is almost always the most useful reaction.
