I was at a KFC and the kid hollered for a calculator because he entered the cash tendered incorrectly. I showed him how to count it back without a calculator...he was surprised at how easy it was! Two weeks later I'm eating there and I hear the same guy call"I need a calculator!"
I also worked during the transition. When I started, employees "bled orange" and would wholeheartedly jump into community service projects...by the time I left (fired in essence for getting paid too much) many refused to do anything extra; the morale was terrible.
