It seems simple, the amount taken and put into pockets is theft! Some may see it as petty theft and not that important. I certainly do not suggest the person be placed in a Paris prison for 15 years like Jean Val Jean. However, the person should feel a bit of inconvenience for what was done.

First camera of my life was Kodak Brownie Starflash. Film and bulbs have not been made in decades. I still have it, and it is like an old friend. The pictures are in photo albums. I feel sorry for folks who have all the pictures in electronic storage.
