12 things that will cost more in 2013

Yet again I understand the need to cater to the ADD society that is the typical U.S. internet browser, but really, do a bit more research before writing articles.    "Even geeks and gamers could see higher prices, as Intel plans to release processors that are soldered onto motherboards in 2013, rendering them un-upgr...more

"Why does it accept porn? Isn't the real issue here the manufacturer?"   No, as another poster commented, its poor parenting.  Folks, tv, video games, whatever are NOT your babysitters.  Why a 5 year old would even have a 3ds is beyond me, but putting that aside, its the buyers responsiblity ESPECIALLY when buying a ...more

Actually, a lot of the people who have replied here fit that bill.  Seriously folks, they're not putting pure bromine in the drink.  Its vegetable oil that has some bromine atoms bonded to it.  No more than 8 parts per million.  You realize that most anything you eat from any fast food restaraunt is 10x more harmful th...more

Why do these net "journalists" and I use that extremely loosely, insist on rushing in the demise of formats that are irreplaceable.  Electronic files are a good SUPPLEMENT for physical copies, but should never replace them.  If not for practical reasons then we need to guard our written documents for posterity.  In 100...more
