If you lose a job over 50, it's very hard to get anyone to hire you. If you do get hired, you will make a fraction of what you used to make. God forbid, you become sick and have medical bills to pay.
I haven't seen anything that says that the employer has to pay for the health insurance, just that the employer has to provide it. Can an employer offer it, but make the employees pay for it by payroll deduction?
I think people need to realize that when you donate sperm or eggs there will be a child, an actual human person, coming out of this. It's not something you do lightly. That's how we get these complicated situations.
