Is Groupon a frugal choice?

With Living Social I would be careful ordering from them as I placed and order before Xmas and I still have not rec'd it and they are not very concerned about it. I have emailed them several times and they sent me a phone # to call and no matter how I dial I can't get through to the number. Just be careful.
